AIMS AND OBJECTS OF THE TRUST:

The Trust hereby created shall thrive for attainment of following aims & objectives:-

To provide legal, financial, and moral support to human rights activists facing threats, harassment, or violence due to their work. Promotion of the Human Rights Act, 1993: To advocate for the effective implementation and awareness of the Human Rights Act of 1993, ensuring that its provisions are upheld and respected. Promotion of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights: To promote the principles enshrined in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), ensuring that individuals and communities are aware of their rights as recognized internationally.
To Provide Legal Aid: To offer free or subsidized legal services to the poor and needy who cannot afford legal Educate on Legal Rights: To conduct workshops, seminars, and outreach programs to educate individuals about their legal rights and the justice system. Ensure Justice: To advocate for victim s of injustice by providing legal representation and support in legal proceedings.
To safeguard and promote the legal rights and interests of advocates. To ensure the protection of advocates from any form of discrimination, harassment, or injustice in their professional capacity. To promote unity and solidarity am ong advocates through collective bargaining and representation. To organize and provide continuous professional development, training programs, and educational resources for advocates. To enhance the skills, knowledge, and ethical standards of advocates through workshops, seminars, and certifications. To represent the collective interests of advocates in legal, political, and social arenas. To advocate for policies and legislation that support the welfare and professional growth of advocates. To establish support systems for advocates, including legal aid, financial assistance, and mental health services. To promote the well-being and professional satisfaction of advocates through various welfare programs.
To protect and support women facing domestic violence through legal assistance, counseling, and safe shelter provisions. To raise awareness about the legal rights and protections available to women under domestic violence laws. To promote a safe and respectful work environment by advocating for the prevention of sexual harassment in the workplace. To provide resources, training, and support to both women and organizations in understanding and implementing the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition, and Red ressal) To ensure the effective implementation of amendments to criminal laws that protect women from violence, assault, and exploitation. To offer legal aid and advocacy services to women seeking justice under these laws. To com bat the indecent representation of women in media and advertising by monitoring and challenging violations under the Indecent Representation of Women (Prohibition) Act. To promote positive and respectful portrayals of women in all forms of media.To educate women about their legal rights and empower them to stand against violence, harassment, and indecent representation to organize workshops, sem inars, and campaigns aimed at promoting gender equality and women’s empowerment
To conduct coaching classes for the poor’s students for preparation for various competitive examinations and to meet traveling, boarding and lodging expenses for students going abroad for higher studies/education and also help them in all possible To offer prizes and grant scholarship to deserving students and also provide them all possible facilities to the students who are interested to go abroad for higher education. To open centers/institutes for diag nostic, curative research of cancer, HIV/AIDS/TB and other deadly disease and to arrange and organize eye and blood donations camps all over India level.

Providing support and legal aid to those in need.
